The room was clean, cozy, and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat with a lovely atmosphere. I appreciated the inviting pool area and outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxation after exploring the local sights. Walking to nearby restaurants and shops was convenient, making it easy to enjoy the local culture. However, some street noise was noticeable at times, which slightly disrupted the peaceful vibe.

Exactly what I think – no more, no less
Incredible service from the staff made our experience truly special. They helped us arrange a tour to Chichen Itza when no companies were available. The room was beautifully decorated, and having a hammock was a delightful touch. Plus, the pool area was a fantastic spot for relaxation after exploring the town.

The cozy hammock on my balcony was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
I found the inconsistent water pressure in the shower a bit frustrating, especially after a long day.

The inviting pool area provided a great relaxation spot.
During my stay, I found the road noise quite disruptive, especially early in the morning. Navigating the property was challenging due to many uneven stairs that posed a tripping hazard. Additionally, the shower water pressure was inconsistent and frustrating, making my bathing experience less enjoyable.

One simple answer, yes or no?
The atmosphere is lovely, with friendly owners who treat you like family! The shared kitchen fosters a great social vibe among guests.
Some furniture seemed worn out! Also, street noise could disrupt the peace sometimes.

great experience but minor noise issues
The room I stayed in was bright and cozy, making it perfect for relaxation. I loved unwinding in the hammock while enjoying the garden view. The pool area offered a lovely retreat after a day of exploring, providing just the right ambiance for relaxation. Plus, I appreciated the daily cleaning service, which is a rarity these days.
There was a bit of street noise that disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

I stayed in a Double Room with Shared Bathroom for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was really well equipped. I loved the spaciousness of the room too. Shower was alright, but the standout was definitely the concierge. she made us feel totally at home with her tips and jokes. Just wished it had a bit more soundproofing since we heard some street noise at times.
