Incredible service from the staff made our experience truly special. They helped us arrange a tour to Chichen Itza when no companies were available. The room was beautifully decorated, and having a hammock was a delightful touch. Plus, the pool area was a fantastic spot for relaxation after exploring the town.

Additionally, the shower water pressure was inconsistent and frustrating, making my bathing experience less enjoyable.

The atmosphere is lovely, with friendly owners who treat you like family! The shared kitchen fosters a great social vibe among guests.

Some furniture seemed worn out! Also, street noise could disrupt the peace sometimes.

i really enjoyed my stay at caribo. it's centrally located, just a couple of blocks from supermarkets and restaurants, yet far enough from the busy tourist strip for some peace and quiet. the staff was absolutely wonderful, always making me feel welcome. plus, having complimentary fresh coffee each morning was such a nice touch!

I had a wonderful time at Caribo Cozumel. The owners, Jorge and Carolina, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, and my room had lovely decorations, including a cozy hammock. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local restaurants and a supermarket.

I stayed in a Double Room with Shared Bathroom for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was really well equipped. I loved the spaciousness of the room too. Shower was alright, but the standout was definitely the concierge. she made us feel totally at home with her tips and jokes. Just wished it had a bit more soundproofing since we heard some street noise at times.
